Our pick up service is FREE and designed to make your shipping experience
as convenient as possible. However, if you miss your scheduled pick up, the
pick up fail or decide to cancel after the pick up has been completed, there
will be a small fee to cover the additional handling.

🚛 Missed Pick Up or Failed Pick Up: If you miss your scheduled pick up or
the pick up fail, you can reschedule by contacting our customer support.
Please note that a fee of 5,000 won will be charged.

❌ Cancellation After Pickup: If you decide to cancel your booking after
the pick up, please contact our customer support to arrange the return of
your packages. Please note that a fee of 5,000 won will be charged.

You have two return options:

1️⃣ Warehouse Pick Up: You can collect your items from our warehouse for
within 7 days after cancellation.

⚠️ If you do not pick up your items within 7 days, we will automatically ship
them back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

2️⃣ Return Shipping: We will send the items back to you, but you will need
to pay the return shipping fee.
